The Borough of State College will send the property proof of acceptance.
The Buckeye 2×1, Cedar 3×2 and Boxelder 2×2 are the only available floor plans for the inclusionary program.
Rates are dependent on income which is determined by the borough. We lease on a first come first serve basis once approval is sent to the site from the borough.
There are no fees with the borough to apply, however, the application and administration fee that the property requires would still be applicable.
All parties in a household would have to qualify through the borough.
