Penn State Off Campus Housing
Inclusionary housing is a concept that promotes the creation of housing that is affordable to income eligible households in the Borough of State College. Income eligibility is based on the County’s Area Median Income, adjusted annually by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. Housing Affordability is defined as a household spending no greater than 30% of gross income on housing costs.
